For adults you can create a cake decorated on the basis of an "Age" theme. Instead of a single cake, why not create individual cakes for a total age of the birthday honoree. If the person is 50 then create 50 cupcakes in their honor. You can decorate the cupcakes with various objects that are related to the individual as a small picture of your favorite actor / actress or singer. You can get miniature representations of their favorite cartoon character or theme park to put on the cupcakes. Another idea is simply to decorate each cupcake with age of individuals.If you are hosting a themed birthday gothic you can do a few things to make your cake and be an outstanding success of the party.
