This basic cake decorator ice recipe yield great results.
1 bag powdered sugar "
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon almond extract
Beat the mixture of ice at low speed for about a minute to blend, then on high speed for 3 minutes. If the ice is too thick, add a few drops of water, but only a few, because you do not want a thin icing will be almost impossible to decorate.
Do not use butter or margarine to reduce, or your icing will be a whitish color. Also, do not bother with liquid food coloring. Using color paste, richer colors will not make your icing to melt.
